Zinc price rises 1.1 percent
On Friday, April 11, the price of zinc on the London Metal Exchange reached ,651, an increase of compared to the previous trading day.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Iranian Lead and Zinc Industries and Mines Association, and quoted by "Metals Online", the price of zinc on the London Metal Exchange on Friday, April 11, recorded a growth of 1.1 percent, equivalent to , compared to the last transactions (Thursday, April 10, this year); so that on Thursday, April 10, zinc was priced at ,622 per ton, and its price increased to ,651 per ton the previous day.
Also, on Friday, April 11, the price of zinc on the LME increased by 0.1 percent, equivalent to three dollars, from ,648 to ,651 per ton compared to the previous week. Zinc stocks in the warehouses of the London Metal Exchange on Friday, April 11, increased from 121,800 tons to 119,350 tons after a decrease of 2,450 tons.
