Zinc prices rose by 1.4 percent
On Tuesday, April 8, the price of zinc on the London Metal Exchange reached ,612, up from the previous trading day.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Iranian Lead and Zinc Industries and Mines Association, and quoted by "Metals Online", the price of zinc on the London Metal Exchange on Tuesday, April 8, recorded a growth of 1.4 percent, equivalent to , compared to the last transactions (Monday, April 7, 2025); so that on Monday, April 7, zinc was priced at ,576 per ton, and its price reached ,612 per ton the previous day.
Also on Tuesday, April 8, the price of zinc on the LME fell 7.3 percent, or 5, from ,817 to ,612 per ton compared to the previous week. Zinc stocks in the London Metal Exchange warehouses increased by 2,500 tons on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, from 128,325 tons to 125,825 tons.
