Zinc prices rose by one percent
On Wednesday, March 5, the price of zinc on the London Metal Exchange reached ,827, an increase of compared to the previous trading day.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Iranian Lead and Zinc Industries and Mines Association and quoted by "Felezat Online", the price of zinc on the London Metal Exchange on Wednesday, March 5 recorded a one percent increase, equivalent to , compared to the last transactions (Tuesday, March 4); so that on Tuesday, March 4, zinc was priced at ,798 per ton, and its price reached ,827 per ton the previous day.
Also on Wednesday, March 5, the price of zinc on the LME increased by 1.3 percent, or , from ,793 to ,827 per ton compared to the previous week. Zinc stocks in the warehouses of the London Metal Exchange decreased by 625 tons on Wednesday, March 5, from 161,950 tons to 161,325 tons.
