Lead price nears ,000

On Wednesday, March 5, the price of lead on the London Metal Exchange reached ,995, an increase of five
 dollars compared to the previous trading day.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Iranian Lead and Zinc Industries and Mines Association, 
and quoted by "Metals Online", the price of lead on the London Metal Exchange on Wednesday, March 5
 experienced a growth of 0.3 percent, equivalent to five dollars, compared to the last transactions 
(Tuesday, March 4); so that on Tuesday, March 4, lead was priced at ,990 per ton, and its price reached 
,995 per ton the previous day.
Also on Wednesday, March 5, the price of lead on the LME increased by 0.6 percent, equivalent to , compared to 
the previous week, from ,984 to ,995 per ton.

Lead inventories in London Metal Exchange warehouses decreased by 3,75 tons on Wednesday, March 5, 
from 211,475 tons to 208,400 tons.
