Increase in inflation in the mining sector

According to the public relations report of the Iran Lead and Zinc Industries and Mines Association, 
Iran Statistics Center published the producer price index report of the mining sector for the month of September.

According to this report, in September of this year, the producer price index of the mining sector was calculated as 
2322.8, which is 6.2% compared to the previous month (monthly inflation), and 28.5% compared to the same month 
of the previous year (point-to-point inflation). percent and in the 12 months ending this month compared to the same 
period last year 
(annual inflation), it has increased by 29.5%.
Monthly inflation increase
Based on these statistics, in September 1403, the percentage of changes in the producer price index of the mining 
sector compared to the previous month (monthly inflation) is 6.2%, which is 3.6 percentage points compared to the same
 information in the previous month (2.6%). has increased In other words, the average price received by producers 
of mineral products for the production of their products inside the country increased by 6.2% in September 1403 
compared to 
the previous month.
In this month, the highest monthly inflation with 7.1% is related to the "metal ores" group and the lowest 
monthly inflation with 0.3% is related to the 
"coal" group.
Point by point inflation
In September 1403, the percentage of changes in the producer price index of the mining sector compared to the same 
month of the previous year (point-to-point inflation) is 28.5%, which is 7.5 percentage points compared to the 
same information in the previous month (21.0%).

In other words, the average price received by producers of mineral products for the production of their products 
inside the country in September 1403 has increased by 28.5% compared to the same period 
of the previous year.
In this month, the highest point-to-point inflation with 38.9% is related to "Other mines" group and the lowest 
point-to-point inflation with 23.5% is related to 
"Coal" group.
Annual inflation reduction
In this month (September), the producer inflation of the mining sector in the 12 months ending September
 1403 compared to the same period in the previous year was calculated to be 29.5 percent, which compared

group and the lowest annual inflation with 22.6 percent is related to the
 "coal" group.
