Zinc Metal Uses
Galvanized iron is widely used in engineering contracting and construction of fences, wire fences, street signs, and polished metals. Galvanized iron is also used in automotive industry and increases the resistance of cars against decay.
Engineers also use parts of this metal that are subject to heat treatment to make thousands of pieces in the light and heavy automotive industry, home appliances and engineering equipment. The range of these products includes industrial molds, water pumps, washing machines, food processing machines and automobile carblers. In some countries, sheets of this metal are used to cover buildings, drain the waterways and make plates resistant against various atmospheric conditions.
