Zinc on the verge of ,000; zinc price increased by 2.1 percent
On Friday, March 14, the price of zinc on the London Metal Exchange reached ,966, up from the previous trading day.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Iranian Lead and Zinc Industries and Mines Association, and quoted by "Metals Online", the price of zinc on the London Metal Exchange on Friday, March 14, recorded a growth of 2.1 percent, equivalent to , compared to the last transactions (Thursday, March 13, this year); so that on Thursday, March 13, zinc was priced at ,906 per ton, and its price increased to ,966 per ton the previous day.
Also on Friday, March 14, the price of zinc on the LME increased by 4.1 percent, or 6, from ,850 to ,966 per ton compared to the previous week. Zinc stocks in the London Metal Exchange warehouses rose from 160,325 tons to 159,500 tons on Friday, March 14, after a decrease of 825 tons.
